Asbury Ocean Club Surfside Resort and Residences delivered an experience and  standard of luxury that many once thought unimaginable along the Jersey shore. With its opening in July 2019, Asbury Ocean Club erased a symbol of failure that has long existed at the heart of the waterfront – since 1988. This flagship oceanfront development serves as a beacon calling future residents and visitors back to this magnificent community and represents the single largest real estate investment in the history of the City of Asbury Park. The 17-story mixed-use high rise features a 54-room boutique hotel, 130 luxury residential homes, 24,000 square feet of retail space, amenities that include a gym and spa, and public parking spaces. Anda Andrei of Anda Andrei Design served as the Lead Creative Designer for the project. Gary Handel, principal of Handel Architects, was the project’s architect of record.
